“Friends on Facebook” Competition

This is a great competition open ONLY to Trans4mation friends on Facebook

• How to enter: Simply send us a private message to our facebook page, stating why you want to win, and how you would benefit from it. Simple!
• Winner receives  a 12 week personal training programme at your local k2ny centre with full staff support.
  Introduction and assessment will be conducted by Pat Reynolds, k2ny MD
• Conditions:  The competition winner will provide details of their progress whilst under training with k2ny. This training diary will be posted on the k2ny blog and Facebook pages and will chart the experiences of the winner.
• A video diary will be recorded by the winner for upload on the k2ny blog
• The competition winner must undertake a fundraiser for a local charity eg toys for Christmas for disadvantaged children. Press coverage of the fundraiser will help raise the maximum amount for charity, and the winner will be directly involved in this.
• Winner announced  8th October 2011
