How to enter:

We all have a friend or two who would benefit from a healthier, more active lifestyle. Well, here’s what you do-

1. Introduce them to the great new Trans4mation Gymnasium & Classes Studios in Fermoy, or the Trans4mation Classes Studios in Mitchelstown. If they join up or start taking classes, both your name AND the name of your friend are entered in the draw for our great prizes… but your name is entered TWICE!
2. Introduce TWO friends and receive FIVE entries in the prize draw
3. Introduce THREE friends and receive TEN entries in the prize draw
4. Introduce FOUR friends and receive TWENTY entries in the prize draw
5. Introduce FIVE friends and receive FORTY entries in the prize draw
6. Introduce SIX friends and receive EIGHTY entries in the prize draw

The competition starts on MONDAY OCTOBER 31st and final entries MONDAY 12th DECEMBER. The winner will be announced at Trans4mation on 12th Dec, at a time to be announced and by a SPECIAL GUEST! Winners must be on site to claim their prize.

Fun Run Map “My Sister Zoe” Appeal THIS SATURDAY 1PM!

As you know, this Saturday is our Fun Run/Walk in aid of the

 “My Sister Zoe” Appeal.

Registration is at 1pm, with the event kicking off at 1.30pm. A donation is made at registration, with all funds raised going to this worthiest of appeals. Please come along- bring the kids in their buggies, bring the dog, the cat, the goldfish, but PLEASE come along and help us make this event a huge success.

The launch of the greatest gym Fermoy has EVER seen. Bring the family for a fantastic day out!

Zorbing,  Prize draws for FREE Gym memberships, Face painting for the kids, Bouncy castle, Music, Nibbles, Balloons, tours of our great new facility, Giveaways, the chance to train with IRELAND’S STRONGEST MAN James Fennelly, all culminating in our feature event:

a fundraiser for the

 My Sister Zoe Appeal

in the form of a 5km walk or 10km run.

Donations to the Appeal can be made in Trans4mation Fermoy, Trans4mation Mitchelstown, k2ny centres in Glanworth and Glanmire from Friday 2pm until Sunday 4pm.

Fun run: Registration at 1pm with donation. Run/walk starts at 1.30pm.

Train with James Fennelly costs €10, which is donated immediately to the Appeal fund.

All proceeds from the sale of protein shakes,  water and classes  on the day donated to the Appeal fund.
