Our main gym is located in the Faber Castell Industrial Estate, Fermoy, and is open 7 days a week from 7am (Mon-Fri)
Our gym covers a massive 7000ft2 2 storey building, and boasts a wide range of free weights and quality strength training equipment, as well as a great cardiovascular suite that includes an ergometer and a fabled Versaclimber… something for everyone!
In addition to the gym, we have 2 dedicated fitness studios in Fermoy, with Studio cycling, kick boxing, core, kettlebell and 20/20/20 classes to name but a few. There are also 2 treatment rooms, a separate Fit4Kids’n'Teens Junior Gym, private consultation room and large reception with shop.
